Jesus said to them, “Most certainly I tell you that the tax collectors and the prostitutes are entering into the Kingdom of God before you. For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you didn’t believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes believed him. When you saw it, you didn’t even repent afterward, that you might believe him.”
This passage doesn’t need unpacking. It’s not a riddle. It’s not a theological maze. It’s Jason’s Life 101. The parable of the two sons is simple: one says he’ll obey and doesn’t. The other says he won’t—but then does. God doesn’t judge the script. He judges the scene. He doesn’t care what you say. He cares what you do.

Not with hesitation. But with a big heart and a confidence that God is seeing it. Because I’m not defined by my past actions. I’m defined by my present choices. And my future ones.
